A Great Time for a Great Cause.
Save the Date and join us for a lively day of sportsmanship and fun on November 12, 2024, to benefit Houston-area cancer charities in honor of the beloved late Jimmy Pappas. The fun-filled day will feature a competitive sporting clay shoot, along with lunch, a cocktail reception, dinner, raffle, live and silent auction.
“His Grace Foundation (HGF) is humbled to benefit for the third time from the Jimmy Pappas Memorial Shoot, especially in its 10th anniversary year. This $65,000 gift accounts for 8.8% of our gross receipts in 2023. With this gift, HGF can continue to serve patients and their families on the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Texas Children’s Hospital, as we have done since 1997. The Life and Legacy of Jimmy Pappas
The Jimmy Pappas Memorial Shoot was created to honor the memory of Jimmy Pappas, a generous, civic-minded father and leader with a passion for helping those in need. While battling cancer himself, Jimmy continued to dedicate his life to giving back to others and considered his family and friends to be his greatest blessings through it all. To honor Jimmy’s passion for life and for uplifting those in need, this sporting clay shoot aims to remember him by raising funds for Houston charities making an impact in the fight against cancer. The day also reflects how Jimmy approached life, bringing family and friends together for a day of fun, laughter and friendship.
